E.g I do play reaper well but when enemy team come up with a phara and it out of ability becuz my solider is suck. if its no in the role que i can switch tank let my teammates deal with it but now all we can do is throw the game.

Or, now bear with me… You can improve your skills at other heroes within that role since you queued for it you should be able to handle most situations between you and the other DPS.

OP seems to think the only choices are someone going another DPS or throw the match, I am telling them to improve.
I know the behavior of players I am telling OP that they need to take things into their own hands and not rely on the skill of others.

My point is that you can’t reasonable expect people to be able to flex in their roles when they refused to even flex at all before.
It’s like saying to the people that want Role Lock that they should flex as they would see many benefits flexing has before the update and those that it loses. They won’t, instead they will complain about how many of each role is in their team.

Actually I’m seeing some of them wanting to either split the roles further because they still aren’t winning or even have you queue up as a hero like this was some kinda mobatrash
TBH I think it’ll be about a year before we see minions, itemization and laning. Role queue is a tiny step in that MOBA direction, which ( ._.)

Yeah, exactly this. I’m not getting how people think this will magically cure the problems within games. Sure, having 5 DPS with 1 support was annoying, but wasn’t that a selling point of this game? The diversity of comps and “anti” MOBA rhetoric? It seems like this role queue thing places unnecessary limitations while creating more problems than relieving. IDK. I’m trying to be optimistic.
