Roadhog has a mask on 24/7 with all of his skins. Could it be possible to release a comic/animated short/skin of him without the mask, just to make his character more interesting.

IMO, Roadie’s face is the one mystery the Overwatch team should KEEP a mystery.
It’s like Joker’s identity: He feels like a better character when it’s unknown than when it is.

Naw, we should stick with the Judge Dredd approach here.
Fun fact: Karl Urban, who played Dredd in the excellent 2012 movie (please check it out, it’s very good), was asked when he interviewed for the role if he had a problem with the fact that his face would never be seen. Urban, a big fan of the Dredd comics, told them that if he thought the helmet was going to come off, he wouldn’t even consider taking the role. Hurray for artistic integrity.!

There are only two reveals I will accept for Roadhog:
- He simply wears another mask under his mask and the reveal is moot.
- They give him the face from his wanted poster spray and fuel nightmares everywhere.
