If it is important to an arc in the storytelling then do it. But without build up or justification, itā€™s just detailing for details sake and not needed.

My point is that they made Sombra out to be this super hacker who erased every trace of herself and became a shadow (Sombra in Spanish), but then was easily tracked down by someone doing some legwork for a couple of days and revealing that they knew her real name.

Blizzard gave Sombra a big giant lore middle finger, so itā€™s not unlikely that they would unmask Roadhog also.

Right, Iā€™m really hoping that it is a misdirect of some kind.

Just a name with significance to Sombra, but not actually Sombraā€™s name.

I like the damaged nose, but the face has no extra fat on it at all :stuck_out_tongue: Close, but not quite.

One the one hand I feel a burning curiosity to know Roadhogā€™s face. But I think Iā€™d also be disappointed to lose some of the mystery, because for all his masked skins, Iā€™d still be picturing his face underneath them.

My probably-stupid take on this: it clearly stated somewhere (I believe his bio page) that when he put on the mask, he stopped being Mako and became Roadhog.

Tl;Dr - heā€™s using the mask to ā€œhideā€ and dissociate from his past. I theorize heā€™ll probably take his mask off if he winds up joining OW or at least ultimately does something heroic again.
