Ffs I was getting 8 hour bans for being frozen on vs screen last season I think and I thought it stopped but nope still a bug anyone else having this issue on rialto or any other map for me it only and always happens on rialto which sucks because it use to be one of my favorite maps but it loads in and freezes on vs screen so you can’t select a hero and then you get kicked for in activity
You appear to play on Xbox, so you may need to completely uninstall Overwatch and reinstall it to fix any installation errors with the game software that can cause problems like this.
Please make sure to avoid Competitive Play when encountering issues like this and stick to playing only Quick Play until you are confident the problem is no longer happening. SR will not be restored or suspensions reversed.
