Even with the update, I’m still crashing upon starting the game, both languages are EN/EN

Since this crash was not related to the other thread I went ahead and moved it to a separate one. The description matches best with the known issue with older Razer software on the computer as described here.
If you’ve checked for Razer software and are still having the issue, please post a DxDiag so we may better assist you. I typically suggest using a medium like pastebin. Example: pastebin*com/abc123
