It is just an act, Genji is an always will be a jerk.
first he claims that “genji is still viable”
and then says this:
literally contradicted yourself.
I find it interesting that genji is always “balanced” or “viable” when hes C tier or lower. but hes broken and op when he’s B tier or higher. we dont ask for much either:29dmg shurikens. and some people resort to overexaggerations and hyperboles as if we want him invincible and unstoppable 
He is viable, I just want to see him in the trash where he belongs, because he deserves the same treatment as any other hero who got dumpstered for less game breaking.
His kit injects the same problems since 2016. So its long over due to crash the tin man.

The game already punishes support players enough. We don’t need to encourage it.

The dmg doesn’t help any breakpoints that really matter. The reload is what hurts more over the course of a game as it means less dmg output for situations to get kills or capitalize upon kills that were needed as you were stuck in relload.
Losing move speed on kill hurts, but at the same time its not that powerful. The man can’t kill anybody any easier off first kill in 5v5 and that’s the only part of a mission that matter most is getting first kill and wrapping up the team fight afterwards.
Genji has had a total of about 6 weeks of being consistently meta in OW as a whole, Sojourn who has been out since OW2 beta has beaten that record, badly, Genji has been out for 6 years. His kit does not have any problems and how do you crash a character who was viable from 2016-2019 awful from 2019-2022 and then was meta for a few weeks on OW2 release, then is back to awful. There is a cycle here and Blizzard can’t figure out how to balance Genji, the best way is to start with a small buff to his damage (+2 damage) to see where he ends up and my guess is probably about high B tier, making him viable but not broken.

I play loads of genji. Personally, I think he should just get his ammo back and maybe make dragon blade a little less suicidal.

Alright with some quick math a +2 damage increase requires Genji to go from 1932 ult point charge, to a 2898 ult point charge, making it the highest in the game, the current highest is 2800 with Rally and Coal. All that for a lackluster ultimate that barely works half the time without damage boosting of some sort.

than revert sombra 40 % also

or remove one of genji ability and remove double jump than you can have more damage

Yeah, Sombra was nerfed to hell, Sojourn is now useless without a Mercy, Zarya hasnt been seen in a team comp for months and Kiriko is only being allowed to be strong because supporting right now is hell.
+2 Damage does not make Genji broken it simply makes him viable.
Sojourn sure as hell is better than most DPS even without Mercy, Zarya got a buff recently might see some play, and Kiriko is the reason playing DPS is awful is because her burst healing, suzu invincibility and TP makes her and her teammates impossible to kill.

Imo Sombra needs help first as genji is still decent, but I think hes in a good spot. Just practice, look at other players who have had their heros butchered, but still plays that hero. Plus as genji just get the supports and the fight should be won.
Sombra being bad is good for the overall health into the game and I’m guessing that they are not going to buff Sombra again and look for a way to alter her kit or just rework her and reworks take a long time so if you’d rather no balance during the time Sombra takes to get buffed then you can preach that. Genji doesn’t output enough damage to just get the supports and most of the time just dies. I know I’m about to hear skill issue from people who don’t have real arguments and to them, good job! Took so much effort to type that.
Yeah I get a rework is probably needed, but players liked playing her like you enjoy playing genji but now it feels awful. Genji not being strong is healthy for supports, so I dont think he should be buffed till brig at least gets her ult changed. It is what it is tho, im not the one balancing the game.
He’s viable now, I still see him pretty much the same amount and I still see him dominate games.
So not only do you think Genji is too weak, you also think playing DPS is awful? Lol
0 logic. If Sombra being bad is better for the game then so is Genji being bad, but no you want Genji to be better than every other DPS and all his counters (Sombra) to remain bad.
You have to be blind or just delusional to not see how broken Genji was before he got nerfed. ADD that ontop of the removal of the majority of CC in the game and 1 less tank and now you’re playing flankerwatch who have nothing to be afraid of when flanking now.
Genji not being the best DPS =/= Genji being useless and garbage

Cant even kill flanking Moira or Kiriko anymore. 
This company is trash, they just do what brings money.
Buffing Moira/Pharah/Junkrat while nerfing most difficult heroes to play with.
This product OW2 is shame of videogaming industry same as their no economy Diablo games and monthly paid WoW.
They would do anything for money.
