[Resolved] Missing Golden Weapon for JQ, Sojourn& Kiriko

I have 12 Golden Guns on my account and now all of a sudden I have 11. My Pharah Golden Weapon is now locked for some reason.

At least they still have time to push out lazily recolored cosmetics that they sell for $20.

My golden weapon for Kiriko has been gone since at least Halloween. Itā€™s so dumb that they canā€™t fix this honestly.

Still not fixed, Blizz can u please acknowledge that this issue is still existing? Itā€™s been over 4 months now ffs

After Season 4ā€™s patch today, I realise that my Sojourn Golden Weapon is finally back, can you re-check yours too?

Iā€™ve submitted one ticket a month ago and requested the Customer Service team to forward this Thread and situation to the Dev Team, and they responded that they will be look into this.

Unfortunately I still havenā€™t gotten back my JQ golden weaponā€¦ Maybe I should contact the support after all these months and hope for the best. But itā€™s good to hear that there seems to be hope after all

I think they only issued manual fix for each player, so itā€™s best to contact them in person.

Thank you very much for the reply, I feel better now when at least I received a response from Blizzard here.

I understand that Customer Support is under another department than the Bug handling team.
But please forgive us, weā€™ve been completely ignored by the Bug Report Department for 4 months, and received no response at all - they didnā€™t give a damn.

I understand thereā€™s nothing much you can do for us, but if you could, would you forward our Bug report thread to the Developer Team, and at least let us be seen by them again? Each golden weapon for a regular player means 2-5 months of grinding in Competitive seasons (depending on the playerā€™s rank) let alone there are multiple golden weapons affected if people owned more previously. Itā€™s a mark of our time dedicated to this game, I believe you certainly understand from our perspective.

Today i received back the golden weapon after 3 days.

After 6 months I finally received back my golden weapon. The support at Blizz is super friendly and willing to help you, so for anyone who is still having this issue: Just contact them like @vvangzi and @Jamming already said!

I had pretty much given up hope on getting my Junker Queen golden weapon back (without rebuying it of course), but had occasionally been looking back at this post to see if by chance any updates had happened. I saw that @vvangzi had finally solved their issue by making another ticket, so I decided to make another ticket myself because why not? And to my surprise they actually were able to get me my golden weapon back!!! Thanks again @vvangzi for keeping us all posted with updates. To anyone that still has this issue, just make a new support ticket like those above me and it should work out for you! Good luck!
