They have finally gotten back to me with good news saying they have sent it off to the overwatch team today, after having a ticket open since early December
I was hoping that with todayâs patch weâd be facing a golden weapon, but Blizzard hasnât paid any attention to the problem so far. This is very annoying
The 5th January Bug Post was released 10 days ago, and yet itâs still ignored by the official post. Itâs impossible that none of the staff saw this post, or was it???
I understand itâs not a âhigh-priority problemâ, and weâve been patient enough to just wait for the fix.
But at least we should be âacknowledgedâ by the Known issues Post, isnât it?
My golden weapons JQ is missing. Bizzard not a fix???
Not only did i loose my gold kiriko but i lost dusk reaper but scrouge Cassidy was added to my inventory and i havenât heard anyone else have this issue on the Halloween update

Kiriko golden gun missing for 3 months.
I made 3 tickets to blizzard. the answer on the first 2 tickets was ridiculous.
âwe canât do anything about it, you have to wait, blablaâ they were kinda laughing.
3th ticket i was pretty hard to blizzard. I told them if it wasnât enough to steal overwatch 1, a game we paid for and now the golden guns?
The guy was friendly for the first time. but again the answer was ridiculous "have you posted this in the bug report? cause⊠"
anyway i hope they gonne start doing something about it.

I think it happened after content donloads. Junker Queenâs golden gun are NOT missing, just like other heroes.

Seeing that there has now been two updates to the âCurrent Issuesâ stickied post since the missing golden weapon(s) bug was âfixedâ with no mention that they are currently looking into it again, Iâd say itâs probably time to just give up hope that this will ever be fixed for all of usâŠ
Itâs infuriating I know, but it looks weâll just have to grind out the comp points again to get our stuff back. Iâm just worried that if I grind out said points and buy the Junker Queen weapon again, whatâs stopping it from being randomly taken away again?

Still missing Sojourn Gold Gun. Would be nice to see any kind of acknowledgment from Blizzard.

I bought the golden weapons like 1 week ago and I can equip them, but other people canât see them, nor do they show up at the end screen of a match or highlight, they only are visible for me⊠and a lot of kiriko players are having this issue, maybe also include this in your post? Because they still didnât fixed this issue as well.
I hope they will fix this soon, because it is getting really annoyingâŠ

I used to love this game and its community so much, but now Iâm feeling like losing hope slowly.

I finally hit my peak rank, Iâm more than happy with quitting OW2 and moving back to Apex Legends since the Blizzard developers want to ignore the countless concerns regarding an item people spent months grinding for.
Itâs also funny because when you go to make a technical ticket it recommends this bug report thread as an alternative to reporting⊠WHEN THEY DIDNâT EVEN FIX THE PROBLEM THIS THREAD IS TALKING ABOUT.
I hope they fix these Kiriko golden weapon bugs soon (& the JQ/Soujourn bug).

After 4 months, I eventually submitted a ticket to Customer Support, and even though it falls under a completely different department, at least I received a response.
At this point, I am just requesting that Customer Support would forward our message to the Developer Team, at least let us be seen again. Thereâs nothing much the Customer Support side can do.
