Show me another char that just randomly fires and get headshots like hanzo. He shoots tree trunks down a hallway and gets insanely rewarded for it. Most hanzos kill without aim, just pink down the hall.
Ah a non believer. Please take your seat in the back of the class. We will begin soon.
Why does it matter that they are identical? Who cares?? Like seriously
You say who cares yet took the time to say “hey use logic” without using it yourself therefore sounding illogical only to finish it with “who cares”…
Ah yes…great conversation.
hanzo arrows are the same size as genji shots, and judging by dev posts not mentioning zen one can infer zen damage orbs are larger.
Smallest doesn’t mean small
Ah yes I forgot smallest means big…my bad.
If lets say 1.0 is the biggest and .01 is the smallest. Assuming Hanzos arrow and genjis shuriken are .2 and thus being smallest in the game…how is that not…small to you?
Numbers are for reference not actual numbers.
They may be small but they have some odd tracking phenomenon where they avert to your head if remotely close by. Never see it happen on Genji shuriken but i’ve seen an arrow pull an acute angle turn to kill me.
Smallest is a comparison.
The smallest planet is Pluto (it’s still a planet in my mind). Does that mean that it’s small?
Compared to the other planets yes it is small. This is a comparison. In the context of their being other planets that are all bigger than pluto pluto is small.
only the tip of the arrow has a hitbox, “length” of the arrow does not matter and is only something whiners came up with to try to get him nerfed.
Exactly, it’s a comparison. Compared to other projectiles, Hanzo’s arrows are “small.” Compared to a hitscan bullet, his arrows are huge. So saying his arrows are the smallest projectile doesn’t really justify the size, since they’re still pretty big
If you wanna justify the size of the arrows, you justify it with the projectile speed and damage, but comparing its relative size to other enormous projectiles doesn’t real mean anything
Why would you compare to hitscan if they arent the same? Youre literally comparing apples to oranges.
Your previous example is like saying the Moon is small from what you see. But data shows it isnt small. In this example youre saying it isnt small but data shows it is tied to the smallest projectiles. You comparing them to something fundamentally different which is baffling.
If you want to compare examples of the planets to what youre saying its comparing pluto to the sun. The sun being a star not a planet. Saying well they arent the same. Obviously why would you compare sizes of two completely different and unrelatable things.
Huge is still huge. Furthermore, blizzard’s… strange idea to make head hitboxes larger then they actually appear in a competitive game makes the arrows even easier to land.
Actually they’re still faster than most other projectiles in the game.
If you want some actually “super slow” projectiles look no further than Moira Orb, Ashe Dynamite, Symmetra Orb, Junkrat bombs, etc.
Hanzo projectile at full charge (110m/s) is pretty fast. It’s faster than Zenyetta’s orb (90m/s) and Genji’s shuriken (60m/s). Mercy and D.Va’s pistol are 50m/s and Ana’s sleep dart is 60m/s. Heck, Lucio’s primary is 50m/s, and yet people treat Hanzo’s primary as pure luck really does baffle me.
I compared them to hitscan to emphasize the insignificance of trying to justify the size of his arrows using relativity. Saying that his arrows are smaller than Ana’s bullets and Junk’s grenades doesn’t really say anything at all about how big the arrows flying through the choke are. Do I have a problem with the size of Hanzo’s arrows? No. But they’re not small, and neither are any other projectiles in this game
What about the arrows’ length? Comes into play as well, especially at short range.
I don’t even know why I’m continuing here, you are clearly oblivious to anything
It says a lot…it proves how idiotic the claim “logs” are when talking about hanzos arrows because they are far from it. If hanzo shoots logs then dva and mercys pistols shoot semi trailer trucks.
