Because I came to the conclusion that DoubleBarrier is always going to be the strongest composition at medium/long range, but it could have a big weakness at close range that makes it prohibitive to play.
Since the goal is to make it so that DoubleBarrier is a weaker composition than SingleBarrier most the time.
That said, in the larger concept post, it does involve making offtanks better at Peeling. Which could be buffed even further, if needed. (I.e. 3sec Zarya bubbles)
