Sym is mostly fine she’s being one tricked to 4500 on every server by about 3 people each that’s more than most non hitscan heroes can claim
Literally every hero but bastion can have this said about them

Me too.
Valkia was low gm, mained McCree the past 6 months, and doesn’t play overwatch anymore
Fareeha, was high masters, and for a long time has laughed about pharah saying she is terrible, laughed again about the pharah buff, and only plays echo.
Find me an actual top500 pharah that didn’t only play her in the hitscan ban week, before the 5 Ashe buffs… You can’t
Agree about fitzy, I think he’s 4300 last I checked but yea he’s the only one I know of too, sombra sux balls and she’s too crap on ladder
But about sym like she’s definitely not good but I don’t think she’s bad either balance wise. I think she’s just rly hard and not intuitive and most people especially who used to play her don’t find her fun so they’re not willing to spend the time and relearn her.
So I can totally see arguments that sym isn’t in a good place overall but in terms of balance I think she’s low-key slightly decent at least. She could take a small buff tho
Just play the hell out of her and throw anyways. It’s not your fault the dev team hates certain characters and dumpsters them regularly. Go play comp and lose, at least then they have the hard and anecdotal date that Symmetra sucks.
