  2. New Hero

  3. Major Rework (like to either Mercy, Doomfist, Hammond etc)

  4. Special new feature…

Don’t think we’ll be seeing any changes to the PTR or main game since the devs are about to go on break until Jan. 8th

y’know. because that’s what they just did.

They said they have no plans for a major rework.

We just got a new hero so that’s also out of the question.

I don’t think we’re gonna receive anything until January.

Why Jan 8th, I would think Jan 2nd (to account for the unofficial holiday of Hangover Day on Jan 1st.).

They could put out a new map for testing; it’s about time for a new map. I think they didn’t announce it at Blizzcon because the previous Blizzcon map announcements happened too early and lost hype by the time they came out (around ~2 months between announcement and release-beginning of November to beginning of January)

Or they may not; who knows. I thought it was a little odd that this ptr had so little on it though. But if that’s all they had ready to go at this point in time, then okay that’s fine too.

The next patch is expected to be a new map but since they didn’t made any announcement about it on blizzcon, who knows.
