Well basically, The competitive system says win 7 matches to rank up and everywhere I read online says the same thing! I won my 7 matches with few losses in the DPS roll, I was gold 5 and after WINNING 7 matches with good performance compared to the rest of my team as well I de ranked to Silver 5? I am very confused and hope this is a bug that can be addressed.
same i was gold 3! and on my 7th win I de ranked in gold 5 ??? and the day before I had 16 wins for 4 losses

Same thing happened to me. I assumed it was due to leavers penalty. I got a disconnect from their servers which counted as a loss (because Blizzard is so great with this…)
