I am gold 1 since 4 upranks,i can’t play this game if every second a bug appears please fix this and check my account , i played over 24 games with a very solid win lose kd, and I’m still upranking to the same rank again and again

This bug still an issue. After being stick bronze 5. After last update i am stick bronze 1. All my Friends are gold now. i was black from thé first but if i do’t get replace in my rank . I will quit it. I dis it dor 4 years. I Can Do it again.
