Random disconnects from blizzard servers

For about a week I had problems when server randomly disconnects me and sometimes has trouble reloging in (game DOES NOT CRASH though). I did all the troubleshooting written in forums and nothing has worked so far. I am certain this happends only with blizzard servers (similar staff happens in Hearthstone), but not other (non-blizzard) online games. I use discord to talk to my friends while we play and there is no problem there while the disconnects happen. I have been banned several times for “leaving” competitive games on top of losing some games with friends because of this issue. Here is my spec:
Ryzen 5 2600
Radeon RX5700
GIGABYTE B450 AORUS PRO
16GB RAM
1024GB SSD
Double monitor (only one has FreeSync though)

Hey there,

It looks like there is a 6% loss of data. The 10.10.178.1 node appears to be a private IP which could mean it’s a router, modem, switch, or other similar device. If this device is not within the home to troubleshoot we would need to refer to the service provider who manages the node.
