Ever since I bought the game I’ve had this god awful menu bug. Just continually scrolls through the options, I feel like I’ve spent more time fighting with this bug than actually playing the game
I’ve had the exact same problem, this really needs to be looked into.

So how do i stop this its getting on my nerves i restarted everything still no solution
I also have the same problem, tryied everything and nothing worked. Can Blizzard please look into this, I see people talking about this problem for the past 4 years, and nobody has fixed.

I’ve had this since I bought the game. Some days I just give up and don’t play because I can’t select anything on the menu
When I had this issue, it was because of stick drift.
Granted, Blizzard should probably sort the dead zoning so that it doesn’t happen at all, but to clarify, do you have any way to test if it still occurs with a new remote?
It only happens in overwatch though. Did you do a reset or have to buy a new controller?
I had to buy a new controller in the end. Taking apart the controller and cleaning it can provide a temporary fix - sometimes the issue is just dust or debris inside the analogue stick.
I think it only happens on Overwatch because other games take small amounts of stick drift into account and ignores it while (presumably) the Overwatch menu screen doesn’t.
