I’ve had this problem since the last update, the one before the anniversary update. It does not matter what controller I use, new, old, even no controller at all. I cannot select anything in any menu.
Things I have (unsuccessfully) tried:
-restarting console
-restarting controller
-resetting both
-uninstall/reinstall
-buying new controller
-using the dpad
I am using a digital version of the game.
Overwatch is the only game with this problem, I can play other games just fine. When I DO get in game for Overwatch, I can play with NO problems. This is strictly the menus.
Every. Menu.
I can’t open loot, I can’t look at characters, I can’t even select play. The only way I can play the game now is if my friends invite me to a party and then THEY select play. It makes Overwatch unbearable to play. Bliz if you have any heart at all please fix this, soon!
Edit: forgot to mention, I used this account for the first time ever in 6/7 years to tell you about this problem.
