I made this fake Sombra concept and 3d model back when the Sombra ARG was in full force (actually this is only the second of three fake designs I made in 2016 lol…) but I really had fun doing it and I liked my version of her a lot more than the eventual sassy spicy tomboy we got, my version was a younger, really quiet and withdrawn girl who just loves nighttime

I imagined her to be half omnic with robotic legs and arms as you can see in art, and she could do stuff like make the payload go faster, teleport from one healthpack to another one, and stay invisible forever at the cost of sapping your HP slowly, and for her weapon an SMG that you can see in the fake screenshot with electric-themed rounds that slow people down slightly with electricity

Here’s my idea for Athena.

Athena: 150HP, 25 HP/ 125 Shields

Primary Fire: Data Stream
DPS: 45 (90 DPS to barriers, 30 to targets behind barriers. -15 DPS per bounce)
100 Ammo, 10 Ammo per second
Range: Infinite, but with falloff. Falloff begins at 25
Beam shot from Athena’s eye, can go through barriers, dealing extra damage to the barrier, but less to the people behind it. Bounces off walls, also dealing less after each bounce.
Shift: Data Transfer
Cooldown: 8 seconds if head dies.
Cast Time: 2 seconds to put down a body
Athena’s head comes off, flying similarly to spectator mode. The head can be controlled, but only has 75 HP (1 HP / 74 Shields). If the head dies, the ability goes on cooldown and she can’t switch for a few seconds. The head’s HP does not recharge unless it is on Athena’s body. Explodes on death, causes a 50 damage explosion. Can be affected by buffs and debuffs
Athena sets up multiple bodies around the map and can go to each one.
3 Bodies allowed on the map (1 including the one Athena is currently controlling)
Each body has Athena’s HP, But with 25 hp and 150 shields. (converts to regular HP ratio when transfered)
E: Protection
Cooldown: 15, starting on use
Grants invincibility for 5 seconds to Athena and an ally (if selected).
If an ally is selected and breaks Line of Sight the invincibility goes away after .75 seconds and does not come back but it stays for Athena.
Ultimate: Overwatch
Duration: 12 seconds
Can choose 3 members on both teams
One teammate gets 200 burst healing, one teammate gets a 30% speed increase, one teammate gets invincibility for 5 seconds, but can be CC’d
One enemy loses 30% max hp, one enemy gets a 30% speed reduction, one enemy takes 100 damage.
Athena’s head leaves her current body to go out of the map, but the 3 bodies combine to a total of 300 HP. If the body is killed, Overwatch ends.
Goes into spectator mode, but with the top down map from OWL

• Main Weapon: Light Bolter: Ranged weapon for mid-range
o Functioning: At the first trigger pull a mighty shot is fired which is charged up causing a little delay before leaving the barrel. When the trigger is kept pulled the weapon fires in full-auto mode. Every additional shot increases the rate of fire, but lowers the dealt damage and the range of the shots (“Hybrid Hitscan”).
o Damage: First shot: 50 damage (bodyshot), damage x2 when headshot
Last shots: 8 damage (bodyshot), damage x2 when headshot
o Ammo: 30
o Rate of fire: First shots: 0,7 seconds per shot
Last shots: 7 shots per second
o Falloff range: 20 to 60 meters
o Reload time: 1,5 seconds
o Spread angle: Depending on rate of fire between 0 and 2 degrees
• Glare bolt: bright projectile (similar to Zenyattas orbs) which blinds hit enemies for 1,5 seconds (white screen, only the own guns are vaguely recognizable) and also effects the auditory perception (centered audio effect). The ability only effects the hero that was hit which means that the glare bolt has no splash radius. The cooldown takes 7 seconds.
• Stasis shield: Gio’s signature ability! This shield has the ability to catch projectiles and throw them in the direction where the player aims after releasing the shield button (similar to Genji’s deflect ability but cumulated and scattered). The shield can be used for 1,5 seconds without interruption and needs an energy resource like D.Va’s defense matrix. After 1,5 seconds of shield usage the caught projectiles are thrown back automatically. The cooldown after “overloading” the shield takes one second. Recharging the energy resource completely takes 6 seconds. The shield is three times wider then Gio’s body and 1,5 head sizes higher than him.
• Passive ability: Energetic perception: After an opponent was hit by a glare bolt or the radiant impulse he is visible for 5 seconds for the whole team, even through walls and across the entire map.
• Ultimate ability: Radiant impulse: Gio concentrates his light energy and emits a powerful impulse which knocks back all enemies in the effect radius and blinds them. The blinding duration depends on the count of effected opponents. Every effected hero adds 0,5 seconds to the duration, so a maximum duration of 3 seconds is possible. The effect zone has a diameter of 15 meters.

Yes, I do. I am going to look it up in my document and then post it here :slight_smile:

• Appearance:
o White glowing eyes
o Dark, short hair
o Tall and beefy
o Dark complexion, typical for an Andalusian
• Clothes:
o Long, pitch black coat with a big button row and high collar
o Heavy, black buckled boots
o Black bandana which is covering his mouth and nose
• Light Bolter:
o Long, futuristic weapon with a railgun-related barrel which is a bit thinner than a real railgun barrel. Directly in front of the frame is a thick, ergonomically formed fore grip which enable a comfortable two-handed operation of the gun.
o The stock is quite bulky and has similarities with a bullpup-stock. The grip and the trigger are covered with energy-absorbing materials which provide the gun with energy through cables. On the right side of the stock is a cocking handle which is used to “reload” the gun. After 30 shots the gun needs to be “vented” to prevent it from overheating and being damaged. The reload process consists of the handle pull and unloads the surplus energy through the outlet.
o The color scheme is characterized by an anthracite basic frame. Stock and grips are painted in metallic black and some parts have numbers as well as letters in anthracite color on them.

Tempest: The Rising Storm

Tempest is an Offensive Damage hero who specializes in storm-like abilities that startle and throw off the enemy. When used correctly he is deemed to be a disrupting hero that has the synergy of ‘killing blows,’ and ‘finishing the job’ archetypes. Let’s delve into his abilities:

Passive: Heart of Susanoo
This passive gives you a meter on your U.I. This meter is used to give additional powers for Tempest. This is called the Storm Meter and fills up when you do certain functions. A good amount of Storm Energy can be collected via eliminating enemies, melee attacking enemies.
The lower amounts of energy are gained via being damaged by enemies, and obtaining health packs. Some Energy can be gained just by via time, it takes a minute to fill the meter half way. The meter has a total of 100 Storm Points. Not that it does NOT require Storm Points to activate the default effects of abilities.

Weapon/Basic Attack: Raijin Razor:
Tempest uses a wide and sharp razored Katana that is infused with storm-like powers. Using the basic attack causes Tempest to create and charge up a ranged typhoon attack that can be launched in a cyclone form that deals moderate to low damage against enemies. It is a storm and wind combined attack that deals 32 damage when using its basic version, and can do up to 65 damage when fully charged. This attack acts exactly like Reinhardt’s firestrike ability, but is smaller, has a white and blue storm coloration, and the velocity is quicker. To charge up the basic attack ability, it requires Storm energy. When using the fully charged cyclone it takes away 1/10th of the energy away (10 Points of 100).

Ability 1: Typhoon:
When activating this ability, Tempest uses his storm powers to duplicate his Raijin Razor Katana in his other hand, making a translucent, storm-filled copy of the other. This allows you to do double the default attacks and allows you to gain Storm Energy faster and quicker. Duration is 5 seconds, and the cooldown is 10 seconds. Activating the ability again will cause you to go into melee form. Damaging enemies in very close range doing 50 hit points of damage per hit. Attack a little faster than Genji’s Dragonblade, but also has a smaller range to attack. This lasts 6 seconds and takes away 4/10ths of your Storm Energy.

Ability 2: Hail-Thunder
Tempest forms an orb of storm energy and aims to throw it. When hitting an enemy with the orb, it sticks onto them dealing an initial 90 damage and creates an effect around the enemy that covers areas of them in stormclouds and small bolts of lightning. If you activate the ability again it does lingering damage up to 6 ticks of 8 hit points (48 damage in total). But takes away 3/10ths of your Storm Energy. Cooldown 7 seconds.

Ability 3 Siphon Wind:
When activating this ability, you gain additional speed, health regeneration, bonus attack speed for your default attack, causes you to jump higher and do a frontflip, and gives you unlimited Storm Energy for you and your abilities for a short time. You also receive bonus shield equal to 10 percent of your existing health. Duration of the ability is 4 seconds. If you hold down the button to activate this ability, it instead gives you a marker to teleport to any area in at a medium distance, doing so will take away 5/10ths of your energy. Teleporting to any medium-ranged area will make a storm wind sound and an effect marker where you last teleported to and from. Teleporting on an ally will give you back a portion of your health and will only take away 3/10ths of the Storm Energy. Teleporting to an enemy takes away the original 5/10ths of the Energy Pints and damages the enemy for 50 hit points. The cooldown is 9 seconds. When teleporting, it gives the ability a 12-second cooldown.

Ultimate: The Whirlwind’s Maelstrom:
When this Ultimate is activated, you whip your Razor sword around you, causing Tempest to summon a large whirlwind tornado around you. When activated it charges up, and when charged you launch the large Whirlwind at the direction you’re aiming. Any enemy that is hit by the ultimate is damaged, slowed, and is significantly pushed back. Note that there is no additional ability that can be used in the Ultimate.

Sorry for the wait, i’m having a hard time with the gun. Are there any picture refs of guns similar to your gun?
Also what do you think so far? Are the ripped sleeves too much? I was thinking showing some muscle would help sell the tank vibe
