About the gun: I am referring myself to Fortune’s railgun from Metal Gear Solid 2. But Gio’s gun has much more cables, the barrel is riddled with slots and looks very experimental. But your basic concept of the weapon is definitely not far away from my idea!
About the design: I really like it! It is pretty close to the design I imagined! 
His haircut was actually supposed to be an undercut, but I didn’t write it into his description. Nonetheless, your haircut idea is much more fitting! He was a scientist before he was turned into this, so this groomed, neat interpretation of his hair really fits his background. Props for that! 
About the sleeves: Imo it’s individual taste. The ripped sleeves make him look more badass like a strong brute. With intact sleeves he would look more shady like a dark killer. I never considered the sleeves as such a tool to change his appearance. ^^ Keep the ripped sleeves! They give him an authentic look. With intact sleeves he would look a bit like Reaper, I guess.

JUNKERTOWN QUEEN
Hero category: Damage
Her weapon and the source of most of her abilities is a convertible weapon.
PRIMARY FIRE
MACHETE
She uses the machete feature of her weapon, dealing 60 damage and 10 damage overtime due to the enemies bleeding. No reload.
SECONDARY FIRE
MACE
She uses the mace feature of her weapon which is slower than the machete but does 75 damage, it also has a longer range than the machete. No reload.
ABILITY 1
NAIL GUN
She uses the nail gun feature of her weapon dealing one shot of 120 damage. It has a cooldown of 7 seconds.
ABILITY 2
GRENADE LAUNCHER
She uses the grenade launcher feature of her weapon which shoots a grenade in the direction it is pointing, it blows up after 3 seconds dealing 105 damage. It has a cooldown of 10 seconds.
ULTIMATE ABILITY
SCRAPYARD
The queen activates junk thorns on her suit so that when enemies attack her, they get 80 damage dealt to them. It lasts for 10 seconds.

Edit: Ok, so I forgot the color scheme which was on me. But some feedback, he has a bit more of an Egyptian feel than necessary. The gun doesn’t need those designs and the collar thing is unnecessary, unless that is supposed to be the amulet. In which case it looks like:

That’s funny cause I have a bad habit of overdoing it and making it too costume-y (Salem originally looked like a typical witch lol)
I forgot to add the amulet and smoke bombs in that layer but I didn’t completely forget about them.
I’m gonna redo the suit design and weapons but I’m curious about his proportions. I made him pretty slim like lucio, is that accurate for Amir?
Also do you want me to design a mask as well (I can put it to the side of the image)
