A mercy gliding to a dead body is a big target.
Also dont forget if genji deflects while in ult he can potentially waste his ult and his deflect at the same time since itll put it on cooldown even if he didnt get it off before the blades gets put away
Roadhog is also slower
Bastion damages himself
Doomfist stands still for a whole second after hitting the ground
Reaper is also slower
Hanzo must stand still
Mccree becomes a lightbulb
Soldier cant hit headshots

again it isnt a buff/nerf thing.
The entire re-work made it WAY more hard to balance properly. (use to be all she needed was ult decay to stop the issue of hide and seek players or shorter/total removal of ult immunity)
Personally I never liked Valk. from concept to gameplay.
Mercy was ALWAYS a single target healing support.
If we wanted aoe healing we’d use lucio (that is basically his entire niche) and to a lesser extent zen (his ult)
Flying was always goign to be an issue because of Pharah. Ppl already disliked her flight so adding an even better form was just dumb. (lets ignore fact that they HAD to know this would only make pharmercy an even larger annoyance)
I was also never against rez being reduced from a full team rez to a limit amount. (but it should ALWAYS of been an ult ability as bringing a player back is one of best ways to change a fights outcome)
A fast one too. So fast you don’t see it coming, which is why it was nerfed in the first place.

Proper beam juggling is just as effective as Valkyrie’s chain healing.
Vakyrie is an insulting “easy mode” for Mercy’s base gameplay.
Almost every ultimate is an “easy mode”.

Valk is easy mode that doesn’t actually do anything.
It objectively isn’t. 60HPS on up to 5 people at once will always be more effective than 60HPS on one target changed very rapidly. It’s not an easy mode; you’re objectively doing more healing during that 15 seconds than any other 15 seconds.

I think by “easy mode” you meant “enchanced mode”, which is what ulrs are supposed to do: enchance your hero so they fullfill thei primary role easier.

But my thing is, not every Mercy main is asking for power shifted. They want a STRAIGHT buff to valk. NOT needed, and will NOT happen lol

If you mean just have you sit there as your enemy gets ult charge then yes.
Hi. I am a Mercy main (mostly an overall support main but watevs, I play Mercy most) and I don’t want her to get buffed and become a must-pick again.
