99% of people don’t care.
Virtually nobody is going to stop playing to go watch someone with probably a dozen followers play instead. Im not being mean it’s just so annoying to see someone spam their twitch link in chat, especially server chat

By your statistics they get 1 person every 100 which is just over 9 games … soooo I mean it would be worth it for them,
That is why they are advertising…
It’s like “please report me” if the guy carries. I know you manipulated your MMR to get there.
So you’re saying we should all start advertising our deviantarts, soundclouds, ebay stores, etsy pages, tumblrs, youtube channels, and instagrams in chat if we have low followers/subs?
… might work. … are you hot?
I used to actually go to their stream to watch their point of view, but now that we have replay I dont need to xD
No, you shouldn’t. Actively streaming the game and offering (not begging, harassing, or anything similar) for someone to watch is different from sending them your non-live low interaction content.
I will usually say
Hey guys just so you know I am streaming this live on twitch, if anyone wants the URL to watch from my point of view please send me a PM
Thats a lot better at least than spamming your link without saying anything else over and over in server chat
Report as spam and move on. If they were actually worth watching, they’d gain followers on their own merit, not because they begged for attention.
its just a link… wont hurt you…, you should probably visit them and tell them that you dont like it
please just report them or ignore them if you think they are breaking the rules
Actually, in the report window it says that spam is advertising third party sites, so I say Twitch channels count.
When they are in your competitive match on the enemy team advertising it, open it up to spy on ultimates
I mean you can technically report it as spam considering that the definition of spam is advertising a 3rd party website and that is what Twitch is.
I care. I need to stream snipe them and spam Sombra so that one guy realize that facerolling people on a Doom one-trick account is not skill.
Yeah, I dunno if I could run Twitch and OW at same time. And I don’t have two monitors either way.
They should make a Reddit in which they all spam their Twitches and they can go not watch each other on there. I think that’s what Reddit is for.
