When you kill someone you should be able to say things to them in voice chat for 5s after they die. The dead person should not be able to talk only listen.
This will greatly strengthen the OW community because when we kill each other we can give each other helpful advice on how to improve.
lol we all know what we would actually use this for.
Exactly if someone is far out of position you can let them know to play with their team more.
Or if they wasted an escape cool down you can explain what moments they should be using the cool down for.
We can all help each other get better!

Have you considered uninstalling Overwatch and instead playing LEGO Island? I think you’d find that game much less competitively frustrating.
