nope play 2 tiers above ur current sr or drop like a fly

that’s the blizzard way

oh yeah and also deal with constant verbal abuse in coms
because they don’t monitor the voip in any way shape or form

and ab chat reports are used to ban off meta players

I lost 600 + sr today. from 2200 hard earn SR all the way to 1500. THIS IS SO DAMN UNFAIR BLIZZARD.

I took a long break from ranked play because of broken matchmaking. I came back to this season recently and it hasn’t changed that i can tell. every one of my games is filled with 6 DPS and not a single person cares enuf to go tank or support. half my games has a leaver, the other half has a guy throwing the game jumping off cliffs. this is stupid - it is NOT possible to move up in ranked when every single match is filled with people who don’t even understand the very basics of the game…dps support and tank…how fkn hard is this to understand? get inside the big red square…people can’t understand these simple concepts so other people are punished for it.
Long story short - find 5 players who understand HOW the game works - and ONLY do ranked in your group of friends - it’s the only possible way to move up in ranked.

your teammates are throwing
the moment u lock in sym especially in low gold high silver

they all think sym is a troll pick

maybe swap ur hero and try another dps

So change it from a system where your next game is determined by your mmr gains/losses from your last game using your stats (which can be heavily team dependent)

Sounds like you fell into the same trap that I did back in season 3. Which is getting tilted. I learned to play Competitive in small sessions myself, then often switch off to Quick Play or Arcade modes to work on refining my own personal skills. Don’t keep playing if you keep losing, trust me, it never ends pretty.

So you tilted and went on a loss streak? How is this the match maker’s fault?

Go to the CS:GO forums, or League of Legends, or Dota, or Rocket League, or Starcraft 2, or any other competitive game. Search for “loss streak” and you’ll see the same things. Tilt is a part of the human psyche, not Blizzard’s matchmaker.

Tilt has nothing to do with the game, and everything to do with you as a player. I’ve tilted and gone on a big loss streak too, biggest one was also 600 SR actually.

  1. If you deserved your old rank you’ll climb back fast. Took me literally 1 day to climb back up.
  2. If you NEVER want to tilt again, take a break after a few consecutive losses. That’s it, will never happen again.

Yeah, that’s why it’s impossible for anyone to climb in rank.

Everyone is exactly where they started out in season 2.

Every stream and video of people climbing and not getting automatic loss streaks are fake. Propaganda. Blizzard paid out $1,000 for every Bronze to GM video.
