See this is a load of crap because I’ve had my phone number for 10+ years and I ported it to Cricket from Verizon 3 years ago. So it definitely has nothing to do with recycled phone numbers. My Cricket account is not prepaid either, I have the unlimited plan that they draft out of my account each month. This is so frustrating!!
I have Att and mine won’t work either so it’s not just Cricket. And i work for att.
