Blizzard isn’t big on reverts. They tend to jack up the power of one element of a hero’s kit, then when that hero appears to be dominating everything, they then perform damage control by overnerfing one or multiple elements of a hero’s kit (especially on supports and tanks) instead of doing a simple revert to the element that was buffed in the first place.
It’s like blizzard doesn’t realize how to balance their game, and instead of stopping a water leak by replacing a broken pipe they just burn the house down and call it a day.
I beg you Blizzard, Give him back 6 bullets, give him attack speed back .
Remove these nerfs. This consistency does not help when his overall damage is non existent.
I had so much fun in the last two weeks. At least keep some of that. Don’t make him dumpster tier.

he’s still a solid pick and landing hooks result in kills on most squishies. just that it requires a bit more teamplay now. his damage was brought down in line with the other tanks.
Zarya needs a nerf in her energy and slightly buff Orisa and Dva, and all tanks will be balanced
The only changes roadhog needs imo, is either increase his hook damage from 30 to 40-50, or better reduce the distance at which the hook pulls targets in by 1m-2m, so that his hook+primary fire+melee combos are more reliable against 200hp targets.
Other than that he is absolutely fine. He is in a good place against tanks and shields and still maintains high survivability.
