I wish for once people could objectively look at Pharah, not in the context of Pharmercy or in the context of how the literal best players in the world can perform with her kit under perfect support team and 6 man open mic type of situations

Well you have to look at Pharah with Pharmercy. Pharmercy is already too strong, so they can’t buff Pharah even if she is subpar on her own

What’s sad is I know a handful(About 10 or so) of Junk mains/1 tricks with 500+ hours on him a few having 1000+ hours him, myself being one of them at ~900 hours.
We almost all agree she needs a buff.

Ashecy or Genji with ana pocket is stronger, why don’t they have the same limiting double standard
You can certainly argue that, but i think Pharmercy stands out cuz Pharah and Mercy are so hard to hit and splash damage is decent enough to have impact.

The Sombra main in me agrees, and “but, but OWL…so nerf!” is getting old.
That said, you can’t balance Pharah without considering Pharamercy since they have crazy synergy and get ran together SO often.
Plus DDing’s Pharah play was sick. Completely dominated, his accuracy was crazy. It was really fun to watch whenever they shifted to him.
I think Pharah is in a decent spot, I’d like to see her get a quick drop on crouch like Hammond’s but no damage/CC. Just a way for her to drop below cover/shields if necessary, it would also speed up her getting heals from anyone not named Mercy or Zen.

Buffing her would make her pure cancer in lower elo’s with her synergy with Mercy and make her a even better pick in OWL when used with Sombra/Widow.
So yeah, I don’t see her getting buffed any time soon.
