That much is obvious considering the sheer volume of literal defeat screens i’ve backfilled into.
The point is these devs are either uninterested or incapable and not smart enough (probably both) to fix matchmaking, deal with smurfs and other cheaters, balance the game well, ect ect. So they use this as part of the gaslighting to continue beating the drum that the players make the games bad, not us, the players make the games bad, not us…
All they want to do is milk skins-money in the shop, so the penalty is a bandaid to pretend they did something.
