They are playing on the same balance patch as us, but they are not on the most immediate live patch so the spawn inactivity bug (which I have been keeping a very close eye on) is not in the OWL tournament game client. Furthermore, I don’t believe inactivity rules apply for custom games.
Yeah well those things happen I guess.
