OW1 Skins missing?

Basically ive lost all my progress cause i had to log in to battlenet account on my ps4

All of my progress is gone from OW1 ot treats me as level 1. Devastating.

I donā€™t have any of my skins either

I did the acount merge before OW2 and I didnā€™t get anything at all. No skins no stats. I have the option to account merge on the menu right now but nothing pops up

Same here, managed to eventually log in to be back at level 1 with none of my unlocks

Im missing all my cosmetics except for origin edition skins and my League skins weirdly enough

I am missing a couple event skins and emotes, i even have the player icons for them but dont have the skins anymore from overwatch 1 >:(

Game treating me like Iā€™m a new player. No cosmetics, have to go trough the tutorial and unlock all the Heroā€™s I already had. Game wants me to collect 115 points for Sombra? Seriously?

I am also missing some things, I believe it will be fixed, Iā€™m just not sure if we need to do sth special, report it in a specific place or something.
