Everytime I launch Overwatch I can see Winston’s intro as if I was a new player. Then all of my setting are set at some settings that I once been using and now I don’t want them so I change it. The problem is after the next launch it restores to the privious settings.
It is really annoying and makes the game really annoying especially when I have to start the game at full volume everytime

I use Norton as a antivirus so I don’t have these features. I tried excluding Overwatch game files at Program files and Overwatch setting files at Documents from norton’s AV instead but it still doesn’t work.
It’s possible the permissions on the folder are messed up. You could try a new admin account, or temporarily remove Norton to see if it’s the issue. Antivirus software is kind of an outdated model of computer protection.
I have deleted Norton and done what the post says, still doesn’t work.
