sure, there are cheese heroes but they all come with their downsides.
moira is incredibly convenient to use till u hit a tank like gm, and even then ive seen moiras do well up there

Mercyâs escape isnât on cool down, she has a self heal as well thatâs a passive and she doesnât have to waste a cool down on it. Outside of her healing orb and not counting her ult, how does Moira have two ways to self heal? Moira can literally run of of heals meaning that you have to be careful not run out in crucial moments. Moira isnât super hard to use, but harder then Mercy definitely.
not to mention how forgiving it is to get interrupted or whiffed by target going out of LOS or she takes damage/gets stunned (LOS break also has a very generous window where it will go through anyways).
Only ability in the entire game where you can press the button with a valid target on screen and not get the full CD as soon as you attempt it.

honestly the hardest things about him are his big hitbox and the fact that u cant really manipulate it since he doesnt have different animations while strafing or crouching

Maybe itâs the orbs, I noticed a lot of people in lower ranks forget to do his healing orb all the time 
itâs actually the same for Moira players, but Zen can do both of his at the same time, so idk why they always forget.

yeah like heâs certainly not easy, but his orbs are easy enough (especially healing as long as you dont forget about it lol) and with good enough aim and quick reaction for his ult⌠what more do you need? positioning isnt too hard to figure out⌠I would put him B at highest. I cant see him being the same difficulty as Ana at all
