Overwatch could really use a map creator tool

It would be awesome.
Plus, it could make people that have done amazing concepts and reworks / overhauls for some maps have a ton more of options, and incredible community made maps would flourish.
Example:

Imagine if he had the ability to use an in-game map tool for Overwatch. Waaaaaaaaaaay cleaner and better.
