So I recently discovered a video about an Overwatch Agent Program. Basically, it helps Blizzard with their report system, by having players report throwers, hackers, etc. Now my question is two things. Is this for console as well AND how do you get selected. Note: I haven’t gone into my console to check if it did it for me.

It’s merely a concept and doesn’t actually exist.
You may be thinking about “The Overwatch” the Counter Strike: Global Offensive community moderation program. There pre-screened and experienced members of the community will review gameplay VODs of CS:GO matches and determine if there is any cheating or detrimental behavior in the game. If a match is found to have such behaviors they escalate it to Valve’s customer service team for further review leading to actions appropriate to Valve’s Community policies.
Blizzard in the past has said they have no plans for such a system for any of their games as they foresee legal and community issues involving their IPs.

How is it in low comp games you can lose 90%of all games? How is it when your hole team reports a player for throwing nothing happens to them? We at Blizzard DON’T GET PAYED to GIVE A RATS Ace ABOUT YOU! I WORK AT BLIZZARD AND WE ARE TOLD NOT TO CARE ABOUT YOU!!! WE PLAY P.C AND THAT’S IT!!! if you play WII, Xbox or PlayStation WHO cares?! We get payed to cater P.C. ALL reports on all consoles are 100% ignored! so hack away on all consoles 
Ever wonder why teams can only win so many in a row ?.. We stack the deck agents you. We have a A.I system that will blow your mind! Top dollar mind you! Low players should keep working hard to get to the top right? That means they will keep playing. So that’s what we do here. We know the numbers are down. Yeah we get it. So bring in next level A.I.? Makes perfect since right? MAKE 20 Accounts and play 19 smerf’s… Who cares just means more money for use. Try to report someone on console. lols ! Add why? … Who cares!. Are you on P.C? No?
