Same here 30 mins from claim time
Claimed the drop, account was linked, hour later, nothing, submitted a ticket. Another hour later, no signs of getting it. Any troubleshooting ideas? I’ve removed cache, relogged, and been checking for updates.
There is no “Twitch Interactive, Inc.” Authorize app in my list.
But in the section above, Twitch is connected and instead of Twitch Interactive I have “Prime Gaming”
I can’t link the image because of course I can’t. That would be too convenient.
My account is fully connected on the Twitch end, and I have received OW Twitch Drops before. Your Engineers might find this information useful.

Got 9 friends in a discord call playing, been waiting for my drop for hours. Accounts connected both ways, been restarting and doing everything in the guide. Just doesn’t work. What a terrible system.
I’ve been waiting for about 3.5 hours and its not getting any better I’ve done most of the things that were recommended and still nothing?
I’m over 2 hours now so far. After how long of a wait should this become a concern?
There’s likely tens of thousands of people in twitch’s queue waiting for drops. Could takes hours or a day even if it’s really that bad.

I will just keep watching my 4 stack play w/o me. As long as i get access i wont be too bothered

I mean, yesterday people couldn’t even get drops and there were tons of people watching so now there’s even more (of course) so I don’t really get how you can be so unprepared or caught off guard.
If it’s that bad and there’s nothing we can do on our side then you should extend it.

I really Don’t wanna be that guy to the dev team I’m sure they are working hard to make this as smooth as possible, but I got my drop 3 hours ago and have not gotten access to the game. Which makes me feel like something is wrong and I have an account glitch or something. I have both my Battle net connected and my drop collected and have tried most of the suggested tricks… I am losing hope and the sun is going down please send help

See, I was there, too.
I claimed the drop, then waited 20-30 minutes for the dropdown menu in the launcher to refresh. When it was there I quickly clicked and started the install. After that, about 90 minutes after installing, 120 minutes after claiming the drop, FINALLY my regular login attempts were not greeted with “unexpected server error” anymore and I could start to play.
That being said: I was in the VERY early wave of people who started watching in the very first five minutes of the “view event”.
Just don’t give up, stay nice and chin up - eventually everyone will have things figured. Just posting this as a “factual” thing with numbers people can use to assume/guesstimate situations about their wait time.

missing a 5 stack sucks closing in on the 4 hour mark RIP
I’ve just realized that Twitch is not listed under my “authorized applications” but my Twitch is already connected to my Bnet, and I’ve received drops that way in the past. Is there something you’d recommend I’d do? Thanks for helping everyone out so much, by the way. You should be getting paid for this if you aren’t.

Hi folks, we’ve been looking into the issue of folks claiming and not receiving their drops several hours later. As soon as I have more information I’ll share it
In the meantime, please follow WyomingMyst’s instructions above if you haven’t already. We’ve seen more than a few anecdotal reports (not enough for me to officially state it as a fix) that refreshing your connection between your Blizzard and Twitch accounts nets positive results
