Overwatch 1 progression and skins are lost

I dont know what to do but my whole overwatch 1 progression and skins are lost on ps5.

Yeah that’s the same with me I did my account merge and when it merged I lost all my progression from Overwatch 1, all my stats, 100s of dollars in skins gone, and it seems like we’re not the only ones, let’s hope they fix this because it seems like 1000s of others are having the same problem, let’s hope they fix this before everyone uninstalls because of this.

Good to hear that im not onlyone becouse this is taking my motivation to play overwatch even tho i enjoy game alot but i want something i have paid for and grind for to enjoy my game more. Hopefully this get fixed real soon.

Many players who merged their accounts should be seeing their full collections, but we still have a number of lingering accounts in queue to be resolved. Players affected by this have not lost any of their collection or progress.
