When she came out, she brought me back to the game after I kind of quit it. Now after the incoming abso-freaking-lutely, un-freaking-necessary nerf that no one asked for, I don’t think I’ll be playing as much again.

It is alright, no one is perfect my friend.
Gameplay-wise, I think she’s quite fine! She’s actually in the ideal spot for a support. High impact, yet she requires some level of strategy and skill (in this case, resource management and maintaining the balance between damaging and healing).
Now, design-wise…she looks like a character from Battleborn 
I don’t know, something about her just makes me think she belongs in a different game
Yea but she doesn’t really need a “counter” you can just pressure her and kill her or force her back fairly easily and she can only heal for so long. I think the issue is that most of the heroes that NEED counters are likely too influential on the game state. (Tracer/phara/genji etc)
