I’ve heard Blizzard is thinking how to re-introduce the Open Role Competitive mode, and the only thing I want to say is: oh god please no. That mode is soooo frustrating. If they want to keep it in the arcade, ok, that’s nice, I’m not going to play it, but please, don’t delete de Role Queue Competitive mode, I don’t want to play 4-1-1 anymore.

Theres a pretty massive difference between ‘Reintroducing’ it and ‘Replacing’ role queue.

Would be fine to have both. I would throw some games in open placements, get the extra CP and go back to enjoy role queue.

I think they’re just going add it back alongside RoleQ.
I’m for that idea. It gives a little daycare for all the DPS-only players to pretend like they’re actually playing competitively without bothering the rest of us who are actually learning multiple roles and playstyles.
