Wow. It’s really bad today. 7 games in a row have been on singapore servers. This is getting really old.

Follow-up update. After blocking the majority of singapore servers, the matchmaker now just hangs after finding a game. I think this proves that currently all sydney servers are offline.

Blizzard please make a statement about what is being done to fix this, you’re actively killing your game in the entire OCE region.

Australian servers are fully offline again, you can test by making a custom game; Lobby - Preferred Data Centre - Sydney. When you try start the custom game it reports “Preferred Data Centre Unavailable.”
Are Australians not buying enough skins that Blizzard has decided to abandon an entire country? I think the closest we have gotten to even an acknowledgement of the issue that has occurred on and off for over a year is a single forum mod saying they are looking into the issue.

Honestly insane that Blizzard, the multi-billion dollar company ($65.31B market cap), can’t figure out how to provide a small amount of servers to an entire country with a huge population of potential players while still taking their money hand over fist.
This isn’t an issue of Blizzard being penny pinchers - they have plenty of resources, they are just downright lazy and anti-consumer. If no-one there wants to make a statement about cutting us off, I hope Australian regulatory bodies send them a statement.
Should we download an OW3? You’ve already paywalled your fanbase by locking hero’s in battle passes for players who purchased your game for full price.

I’m pretty convinced they’ve just allocated the majority of the Aus OW server resources to Diablo 4. Best bet to get this addressed is to request a refund if you’ve spent any money on the game recently.

I just received a full refund on a recent purchase of 2200 coins. The OCE servers going down constantly makes the game unplayable for me, so I inquired about a refund and they gave it to me.
I suggest everyone does the same.

I wouldn’t be surprised, but surely by now things would have eased up. A week ago I had more than a dozen people on my friend’s list playing D4. Now I’m lucky if 2 of them are on at the same time.

I’ve been noticing a mix of OCE & SEA servers TWO days ago, I honestly thought the issue was being addressed. But since then it’s been SEA servers of 120ms which makes most characters unplayable. I’m not sure why this is still an issue a year later, I’m also not sure why there hasn’t been anyone to even acknowledge the issue. The latest bug report blue post doesn’t even mention this as a priority issue. I wonder if Australian OCE OW streamers are having this issue, oh wait they’re streaming Diablo lol.

I guess the game is to dead in Australia for them to care. I also feel like the Singapore servers are getting worse, last week it was 110 ping now it’s 130 ping.
We just not paying enough to get servers.
I can’t believe this has gone on this long, the game is unplayable like this

another evening another peak time of just singapore servers because there isn’t enough allocated to Sydney. Even custom games show singapore as acceptable for excellent ping now, clearly by design merged in Singapore and OCE together. Uninstalled and moved on, this game just isn’t worth your time anymore.
