[Hanzo] Half damage vs armor/barriers General Discussion

How good would Hanzo they halved his damage versus armor and barriers. Hanzo Storm Bow Arrow damage reduced by half against Armor and Barriers. The reasoning for a change like this is that it would make it a lot harder to go Double Sniper. And it would open up usage of Pharah and Junkrat more at higher skill tiers. Who would typically be the heroes you associate with Tank/Shield busting. (and Reaper and Bastion). Maybe even some more Ashe usage. Overall it would promote more competitive…
