I got promoted twice from Silver 1, but I’m still Silver 1.
I am assuming you are on a console. Blizzard doesn’t seem to care much about this bug, which continues to make Competitive Overwatch a joke on a console. There’s not much incentive when you cant get a promotion.
I can only assume we are meant to use the PC version.
