I am not getting any matches at all…
i don’t mind the LONG Q times but I get ZERO MATHES AT ALL.

ZERO! i can be Q-ing for 40 mins and there will be NO MATCHES at all.

i would re-Q and the same thing would happen to me ( zero matches)

Please look into this issue as I am getting ZERO MATCHES meanwhile my friends have no issues getting matches in minutes!

there is something wrong here

How do u expect me to play the game when I get ZERO MATCHES

I have the same issue in open queu since a couple of days.
Role queue works fine.
Also when grouping-up with friends, their ratings drop from diamond to gold.
This is all very annoying to say the least.

I am having issues with ROLE Q. open Q I am not a fan of.

Solo or Grouped up same issue. i am glad I am not alone with this issue.

Supports tells me to check my network connection

what a joke, dude I am connected to your servers, able to login/qp . its clearly an issue on the game’s end and not my network issue

QP also suffers from the same issue, but it is able to get matches

I have the same issue.It takes like 20 mins to find a match in comp role q.

I’ve had this issue as well. Can’t get into any open queue games. I’ve sat in queue for 3 hours and not a single game found. I also wanted to try out competitive mystery heroes and was in queue for THIRTEEN hours. Role queue is the only one where I can find a game in less than 30 minutes.

weird. for me. its Role Q. zero matches. at all

Open Q I can find matches within minutes

Hey I figured out the problem (for me at least.) I was playing on a trial version, even though the game was free, so I just got the actual game and everything has been fine. I’m not sure if it’ll help with your issue but just wanted to share just in case it did.

Open - Q works fine,

it is only

Role Q for support/DPS - No matches found/ if I get lucky maybe after Q-ing for 2 Hours I might get 1 match

other users are reporting the same issue as me : I can‘t queue into Games

As I commented on the other thread, This seems to be a networking issue as the endless queue times seem to be happening on NA servers as well for those with high ping.
