After the Season 3 update my sensitivty has reverted to a old sensitivity setting and when I try to change it back to my prefered setting the change wont save, i set it to 3.5 from 4, exit options and when I go back into options menu it is still set to 4
Same here. 4.25 gets rounded down to 4.00. Meanwhile, in game it seems to be faster than what I’m used to. This last part maybe in my imagination, but my sense felt wrong, which prompted me to into the options in the first place.

I have the same issue. It’s always whole integers. Anything above .50 gets rounded up and anything below .50 goes to the nearest whole integer below.
What I discovered is that if you set it to 5.50, close the settings and go back to settings again it sets itself to 6.00. However, it stays 5.50 as long as you don’t open the settings again. The moment you go to the settings and see the 6.00 it changes to 6.00 . You should test this yourself just to be sure but this seems to be the case with me.

I have the same issue. Can only change sensitivity to even numbers such as 1% 2% 3% 4%. No decimals.

I stopped playing OW2 because of the various reasons that OW2 is offensive from a moral/corporate standpoint.
I finally tell myself I’ll install it again, it’s open for 5 minutes and I’m already screaming at my monitor. Any moderators out there? Does anyone want to at least weigh-in and acknowledge you’re reading these? Mouse sensitivity is kind of an important one. I think I’ll uninstall for a few months more.

So yea, this has been an issue for me for the last few days as well, no fix yet presumably? Forgive me if this has been addressed somewhere already but I have not seen one dev response here or anywhere else even acknowledging this (and I’ve looked a lot). Surely they would agree, mouse sensitivity is a big issue. Been holding out hope that the 5v5 format would start to feel good and maybe tank gap wouldnt seem like a canyon around s3, but with issue after issue and literally no real effective response from devs, im not sure how we can call this anything but a downgrade anymore and a kind of bad competitive game, which immediately makes me wonder if its even worth playing.

Same issue here, wondering how many weeks it will take them to fix such a critical aspect of an FPS game. Kinda going to avoid playing to not mess up my muscle memory

This affect the relative aim sens when zoom also. Ana, Ashe and Widow. Now I cant hit anything with this bug

Temp fix : it saves the setting you change as long as you dont reopen the controls menu
save normal sensitivity, close options, dont open options again

Same here, I thought I can’t change bc I had to switch computers and my laptop is very old.
Apparently someone on reddit tested saving decimal values and confirming with a ruler and he claims it does NOT save the correct sensitivity even if you dont re-enter the settings menu… ASDF… FIX IT!!!
