All of my mythics have dissapeared and wont let me equip them and they dont show up in the mythic shop either? I busted my butt getting that mercy mythic I would like to be able to use it.

Iâm having the same issue. Literally every mythic is gone. If you had them equipped before the patch it says 0 for skin name now.

Got the same problem. Only got the Moira mythic skin but itâs gone in my inventory. The skin is in the mythic shop right now and it says âOwnedâ but if I try to look at the skin in the shop it just loads and doesnât show me the skin.

Iâm missing all of my mythics as well. I was playing the 500% workshop mode and noticed Tracer had no skin equipped. I went to my hero gallery and saw it was missing, then realized all of my mythics are gone. Whatâs super strange is not even 2 minutes before noticing Tracer, I was playing Genji in the workshop mode and he had his mythic equipped.
Iâm so dumbfounded as how this happens 4 hours AFTER a patch drops. I didnât have any issues today until 10 minutes ago.

In the middle of my game I was mercy, My skin changed to default, lost connection to server and now my mercy skin is gone. Havent checked other heroes

same here all of the mythics are gone and cant be used in game. this bug only started a few minutes ago. i was using them fine till i went in the practice range and saw all the mythics were gone.

Yeah, I just updated maybe 1.5 hours ago. All my mythics are missing too. Absolutely annoying tbh.
Yup. All of my mythics are gone from my Inventory as well. They donât show up anywhere, as owned or unowned.

Even tho I was in the mythic the whole game and I didnât disconnected on the progression level screen when it shows the high light intro it showed me red skin version despite the fact that I was wearing blue version. After I clicked continue all my mythic skins disappeared.

I was in the middle of a game and between rounds I lost my mythical skins!! Also all per hero settings are gone!!
not very happy about this, this better be fixed soon all day during comp there has been several dcs and all the mythics are gone. I donât know if itâs because of the update or something else please fix the bug.

Mine are also gone. Listed as owned in the mythic shop but wonât load when I try to view them and have completely disappeared from the list of skins when you view them through heroes.

Same here, my Ana skin was still selected but wouldnât load. Then when I restarted the game defaulted to the OW2 skin. Also will not load the image of the skins in the store. God canât even open a ticket for this we just have to hope some dev stumbles upon this and decides to fix it.
Same thing happened to me a few minutes ago. I was wearing the Mercy Vengeance skin, and suddenly in the 2nd round of the game I was playing, my skin was labeled as 0 and I was swapped to the default mercy skin. If you go to the mythic shop. None of the skins are loading, and I have none of the mythic skins in my library anymore either.
Same happened to me. I got the genji mythic for my birthday yesterday and now its gone

They need to get this fixed ASAP people worked too damn hard on getting them, only for them to not enjoy the Mythic skins.
