After completing a Comp game today, both me and my Duo friend gained no SR for our win and were presented with a screen saying
“Placement Matches Complete - 0SR”
There was then a message in the chat box reading “Server closed due to unexpected error.”
Logged off and back on to check and my SR had not been adjusted.
Comp match was all normal, no leavers, no lag, no DC’s.
Is this a known Bug?
This literally just happened to me, too, after a competitive match on Illios in the 2200 rank. Thank you for making a post about it, because I was just about to, as well.

Same, happened to me aswell.
Just wanted to update real quick that I’ve played two games now, one loss and one win, and all is normal with my rank & such. Hoping that this was just a hiccup in the sever & that no one else experiences this glitch further

I don’t think they have the means to reverse engineer this, not without impacting players who were not affected by this. Keep calm and Tracer on.
Thanks for the info. Sucks about the SR but i understand that there’s not much they can do to tell who was affected.
