No Endorsement in Play vs AI or Arcade?

So this new patch with endorsements excludes people who play Play vs AI and Arcade? Massive yikes from me. Makes literally zero sense that it isn’t in these two game modes… There are people who have fun in game modes other than Quick Play and Competitive… If anything this looks like a bug which I most certainly hope it is, because if it is purposefully excluding these two game modes I don’t even know what to say… People who have fun in other ways shouldn’t be excluded from something like this. Pretty terrible if you ask me…

Agreed 100%. I only play Arcade and VS AI, so I won’t even get to use this new system. Major bummer :persevere:

Makes no sense to have it for vs AI. But not having it for arcade was a surprise. Guess I will be stuck at rank 1 since I play Mystery heroes 95% of the time.

I also hope they add it for ai and arcade, or that it is hopefully just a bug. I used to play quick play only but got sick of the pvp in this game and only enjoy hard ai or a few arcade gamemodes, I dont think ai and arcade should be excluded… honestly very disappointed.

I find it rather disappointing that Arcade and Vs. Ai isn’t getting this feature as those are the only mode I play as well. :disappointed_relieved:

I love the idea of endorsing other players for good game play which would make the game more fun.

There’s a lot of people who play mostly Play vs AI! After playing it myself for over 500 hours I do have to say there is a very large community there that only plays AI! With the problems this new system has it makes them miss out on the system unless they play other game modes they may not like. QP and Comp aren’t a good fit for everyone :relaxed:

Speaking of adding this thing to vs AI… my point is if you’re playing with friend (friends) and he want to give you aftermatch reward, he’ll give you to it anyway, no matter which mode you’re playing (qp, vs ai or another). I really didn’t think this system and rewards (endorsements level and rewards blizz wanted to give us for being good teammate) are too expensive to get it in vs ai mode.
Endorsement level has a cap and i really don’t understand why playtime is critical option (possibly they disabled it because one vs ai game is faster than one qp game).

The other thing that bugs me the most about Play vs Ai., is that it’s sitting the “Training” part of the game. I recall it wasn’t like that when the game first released.

I miss the way things were at the game release.

Yup it’s pretty dissapointing😭.

Well I guess I’m only playing quikplay for another long while.

I don’t know why they couldn’t have different endorsement levels for Comp, QP and Arcade if they have some reason they think Arcade endorsements are different for some reason. Just have that endorsement level show up based on which mode you are in.

I can understand A.I. kinda, because you can’t endorse the bots, so you’d be much more likely to level up really fast, but arcade… come on now…

I’m sure Blizz tried to hide It In training deliberately, mainly because It became far more popular than they anticipated, and drew people away from the flagship modes :wink:

but you still can vote for teammates; time is not a problem if you’re playing enough, i still dont understand why its critical option, because you still need a friend who will vote for you in any game mode where endorsements are available.

League of Legends (The game Blizz copied the Idea directly from btw) has always allowed “Honour’s” In Vs A.I games, and nobody has ever complained :slightly_smiling_face:

I understand why you don’t make the sportsmanship in the PVE stuff but in Arcade… why is there no endorsement?

You can’t vote for friends… well, you couldn’t in PTR anyway, I haven’t tried in live…

But I mean if you’re playing A.I. then you’re much more likely to get an endorsement because your team has to vote for someone in their team (or just not at all, but there’s not much point to that, it’s free exp) instead of being able to vote for someone on the enemy team…

I don’t know… it just seems easier to game the system there… I play a fair bit of AI, I think I have more time in that than QP, but I can see their reasoning behind it… well, what I assume to be their reasoning

Why would you play vs AI at this point instead of just making a custom vs ai game? I’m seriously asking, what is the benefit of it?

I think you should be able to endorse the other team as well. Positive people on the other team can be as good as positive people on your own team in lobbies that end up playing many games.

arcade is superior to quick play for me so this is pretty lame
