This is stupid and not needed.
Moira was fine for years and now because the devs force 2-2-2 and she’s picked more because of a shield meta, NOW they want to nerf her. FFS.
Why was this needed? Lucio was fine in this regard.
Not seeing why this was needed either. The field died quickly if you knew how to target it.
Good change and needed.
