Sombra is the biggest gatekeeper against tank, and Orisa seems to be the only tank not countered by any other tank. They need to be nerfed so that other tanks have at least a shot at playing.

Sombra is not even that strong to warrant a nerf, if anything it is the opposite. Orisa, has plenty of ways to counter her, however, the best thing to do when going against a horse, is to ignore her and go for her team.

Ana is the biggest. Completely uncontested too. Mei is the second, as Wall is universally useful and Hack really isn’t.

Orisa is countered by Zarya (but needs a rework).
Think about how you would give Sombra compensation buffs and understand that you’re asking for another Tracer in terms of damage and value if you nerf her Hack, Invis, or Virus.

Zarya melts the horse.
Dva and Winston can ignore her entirely and dive the backline. Arguably, Ball and DF too.
Sigma doesnt really care unless his team is afk and no one punishes the Orisa waddling to melee range.
Orisa only counters hyperaggressive melee tanks with no defenses. She is the stopgap that stops w+m1 unga bunga tanks from being unstoppable. She is meant to defeat anyone trying to win the melee slapfights with her.

Orisa counters bad DFs. And thats about it. Hog if you want to be generous.

d.va - yea can counter emp for a second but not really too big a deal for d.va. still if hacked at right time. also can hack baby d.va so she cant get back in to mech but the timing has to be perfect

junkerqueen - i dont think sombra even phases junk queen. maybe the ult but i have never hacked jq’s ult… can you do that??? probably not?
mauga - i think you can hack his rage mechanic so he cant heal himself but not sure. still i think mauga isnt scared of me as sombra most of the time… or i dont win games all the time with him as an enemy tank
orisa - you can hack the ult but i dont know about her normal abilities. not sure but again i think orisa doesnt care about sombra
ramatra - probably wouldnt even know an enemy sombra existed in a game
reinhardt - yea somewhat. bring his shield down for a sec and hack charge but timing has to be good. still bringing down his shield when low health may be scary for rein
roadhog - hacking breather but yea only 1 second. he usually can reapply heal before he dies. not as worse as ow1 where is was a full 5 seconds
sigma - kind of a soft counter since she can hack everything of his. still he doesnt have it as bad as doom/hammond
winston - dont run sombra into winston… terrible matchup and you do nothing against him. if stubborn go after supports, still he is a good bodyguard for his supports and you will run away most of the time
wrecking ball - 
zarya - same as d.va. you can hack her bubble but its very hard to pull off with timing and she is only hacked for a second. unless great mind reader. basically zarya doesnt care about sombra

You nerf Sombra & Orisa something else will just take its place & everyone will complain about that thing. So no there will be no peace because people need a Villain & Orisa is that Villain, just like Double Shield was the Villain & Goats was the Villains, people need something to point at & complain about & nerfs & buffs won’t change that.

I don’t think you can? I’ve noticed my Mauga being hacked and he still has a lot of sustain. Without the self-healing, he would have blown up in those situations. I could be wrong but idk

i forgot to add you can hack his ult. biggest thing but yea in quick play and uncoordinated play i always forget about that. sometimes i do time it but i usually waste my emp on something else.
