I’ll repeat:
Nerf Rein’s and Sigma’s Barrier again and buff them in the self survival and/or damage aspect, give Hog the gas ability (that will come tomorrow), Zarya 1 more bubble and D.Va a bit more DM uptime, but nerf their damage a bit if necessary.
You don’t care to make off-tank duos more viable in 222, but buff them to be solo viable in 132? Please make the balance of the tank role better for 222 already! Give it one more homogenization wave, give it a little more love!
Divide the damage mitigation responsibility between two picks instead of one (main tank) do most of it, while also equalize the damage they offer.
