In order of priority:
that’s not going to fly with current projectile speed (even though I do think it should be faster for an aimed ability) mainly because lack of counterability for tanks.
personally I’d rather just having like 30~35m/s orbs with like 120-ish damage per orb. but if we’re bringing shield pierce into it you’re going to have to make it more of a spam weapon with similar reload rate and firerate to junkrat’s primary and also being slower. (think like if you’re designing an enemy in like the old space invader game or nier automata)
that’s something I don’t enjoy tbh.
I don’t think the emp change should go through. the 1.5s to regen sounds nice, but whether that’s OP or not when having old 3.0 tp is a for me.

very arguably the loss of 5dps at tier 3 is a lot more detrimental than a temporary ~1.28s increased 20dps.
a 20dps increase on tier one primary going from 60dps to 80dps is more of a QoL tbh.
why primary is last in the priority is because with how it is right now (short ranged sustained charge up beam), it’ll never be a significantly large part of her gameplay. you can’t expect a squishy with low mobility to waltz up to be within 12m of the enemy and stay there for like ~2.6s-ish to charge up a weapon and then stay there for a further god knows long to actually use it. giving her a longer range on it (like >15m) or giving her enough sustain for her to individually stay there that long like a zarya will make her oppressive/OP/too easy to get charge. Hence why primary is pretty much a lost cause unless it’s completely redesigned.
