I had purchased the golden gun during the beginning of season one and I suddenly lost it without a refund.
This bug happened since the Halloween event on 25th October, they claim to have already fixed this bug in the most recent update, but I still have not yet received my Sojourn Golden weapon back.
This bug only happens to new heroes including Junker Queen, Sojourn, and Kiriko.
